Date set

We agree on a schedule of work with delivery dates for each stage so your project is managed from start to finish with a fixed timetable and agreed completion date.

Stage 05

Styling of property

We have our own stylist who will bring a selection of props such as flowers and fresh fruit, wine and glasses to accent and highlight the features of your property, adding vibrancy and colour.

Stage 06

Ready, Set, Shoot

We usually shoot your property in one full day, including all Photographs, Video, Drone and 360 Tour.

This is dependent on the size and complexity of the property however.

The Review

Following on from the production day we assess all data, selecting the images and footage that best showcase your property and meet the exact guidelines of Google, AirBnB and



Stage 08

Post Production

We retouch, edit and prepare all your files in-house. We never outsource or use 3rd party companies but have a specialist team in our London studio available to help us at any time.

Everything is completed at our studio in Paros.



Stage 09

The Handover

All finished files will be handed to you physically on a media device such as a USB stick and transferred to you digitally.
